^Lot 1057 La Coruna M43 8mm Mauser #U-4561

Spanish military M43 rifle, dated 1952, shortened to carbine configuration with a 3/4-length semi-pistol grip stock, smooth curved trigger, smooth buttplate, smooth handguard, inverted "V" front sight, tangent rear sight graduated to 2000 meters, sling swivels, and finger grooved forend. Chambered for the 8x57mm Mauser cartridge. Barrel length is approx. 23.6 inches. Bolt is in the white, and the barrel, trigger, trigger guard, floor plate, buttplate, and receiver are blued. The metal surfaces show scattered rust with minimal handling marks and thinning at edges. Bolt has rust and buttplate has worn blueing. Stock is overall good condition with scratches and handling marks. Bore is dark with semi-worn rifling. Numbers match on receiver, floorplate, and magazine "4561". No cleaning rod. No import marks found.
